Cofidis Office Project – Common Areas and Custom Interior Design Solutions

We participated as one of the construction partners in the Cofidis office project, where the design of common areas, storage solutions, and custom interior design elements played a key role. Throughout the project, we focused on creating details that simultaneously support daily use, ensure orderly operations, and contribute to the office’s distinctive, modern aesthetic.

As part of the project, we were involved in the fabrication of lockers, storage units, planters, wall coverings, acoustic panels, and upholstered furniture, among other elements. These elements not only serve a functional purpose but also contribute significantly to the atmosphere of the space: they make the communal areas feel more welcoming, enhance comfort, and create a more visually cohesive office environment.

When designing the communal spaces, it was particularly important that the furniture and finishes align with the office’s flexible, people-centered approach. Lockers and storage cabinets facilitate practical, organized use, while planters, upholstered elements, and wall coverings create a friendlier, warmer atmosphere. Acoustic panels contribute to a more pleasant acoustic environment, which is particularly important in a larger office space.

For us, this project clearly demonstrates that details are of paramount importance in interior design. A locker, a wall covering, a plant box, or an upholstered seating element each serves an important function on its own, but it truly becomes valuable when it appears as part of the entire space, integrated into a unified concept. This is precisely the approach we took in the Cofidis office project: we contributed to the creation of a modern office environment with durable, aesthetic, and functional solutions.
