Attention!

Differences in the colour, grain pattern and structure of natural wood materials and veneers may occur, as they are made from unique, natural raw materials. Veneers originating from different types of wood, as well as from different logs, boards or production batches, may react differently to surface treatments; therefore, slight variations in the final colour shade may occur. Differences in colour, tone and grain pattern resulting from these characteristics are considered natural properties of the material, and we cannot accept responsibility for them.

Product code:
FF-002

Stained, lacquered, veneered MDF – “Premium” finish.

Side “A” of the product features a 0.6 mm front-grade American walnut veneer, while side “B” features a 0.6 mm American walnut veneer of slightly lower quality. The veneer on side “A” is carefully selected to ensure front-grade quality. It is important that the veneer sheets contain only the figurewood portion (darker tone)—not the sapwood portion (lighter tone). The veneer on the “B” side is technically flawless, but its quality is slightly lower than that of the “A” side.

On both sides, the veneer sheets are formed using “mixed” edge-gluing, where strip-patterned and figured veneer joints are randomly intermixed to achieve a natural plank-like wood effect. The width of the veneer joints is not specified.

Surface finish:

Surface Finishing:

Side “A” of the veneered panel is brushed before surface treatment. The veneer is then stained with one coat of water-based stain to achieve the specified color. After staining, the product receives a 7-layer varnish finish (acrylic-based UV varnish) consisting of an adhesion primer, 3 layers of filler primer, and 3 layers of topcoat, with a gloss level of G3% (super matte).

The surface treatment, applied in a total of 8 layers, creates a soft-to-the-touch surface. Both sides of the product are stained and lacquered in the same manner. Although the staining and lacquering are performed identically on both sides of the panel, a slight difference in shade may occur between side A (color) and side B (back). This is primarily due to variations in veneer selection and the natural characteristics of the wood. The surface is resistant to micro-scratches, so its use on horizontal surfaces is permitted. The varnish also provides protection against splashing water, but the product is not recommended for countertops or horizontal bathroom furniture. (The lacquered, veneered panel is covered with a colorless protective film on side “A” and a green protective film on side “B” to protect the product.)

The document you submit must include the length and width dimensions. Please include the stain code and the type of surface treatment in the document.
